VIRAL MARKETING: A NEW WAY OF MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

Abstract


Viral marketing is a mode of creating buzzwords or marketing portions that are outstanding and attention-grabbing in our contemporary, always-connected world. Videos, social media, messages and other person – to – person methods are used by this method of marketing. It is using the influence which individuals exert over others through sharing the information to others as soon as possible.

Sharing of information, images, videos and messages is possible with a click of button through tools like Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, WatsApp, SHAREit etc. in a very short amount of time and receiver can receive these communications at their convenience. Thus, viral marketing meet the challenge faced by corporate sector to spread the message speedily and comprehensively from one person to another.
